1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
  • Items showing signs of wear or use.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be provided through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • If the error is caused by Dizzling Ornament, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in other situations.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

8. Quality Commitment

We carefully inspect every product before shipping. Due to the handcrafted nature of many jewelry and décor items, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur and are considered part of the product's unique character rather than defects.
